Kreate, an innovative design engineering company, has acquired a premier automotive supplier of plastic injection components located in Georgetown, Texas.

The real estate division of Nickolas announced the recent sale of 5 manufacturing facilities. The properties originally purchased by Nickolas for just over $15.7 million were sold as a package deal for a grand total of $32 million to Arsenault Holdings LLC.

Findlay Machine and Tool (FMT), a plastic injection molding company based in Findlay, is investing an additional $7.2 million to further expand operations. This will bring the total local investment to over $40 million over the past 36 months.
